Victory & Vice , a restaurant in West Loop, got its City of Chicago food license on August 17, 2026. It is a sports bar with more than 30 screens, a large viewing wall, an island bar and a patio, from the group behind Headquarters Beercade and Machine Cocktail Bar. The kitchen serves tavern-style square-cut pizza, a Chicago pizza puff and a smashburger, and the room shifts to nightlife programming late in the evening. In June 2026 the team said it was aiming to open at the end of August. It passed its license inspection on August 13, 2026. It also has a license to serve alcohol on site. Newly licensed spots often soft-open first, so check their listing or call ahead before you go.
