Siete Azul is a full-service restaurant opening in Logan Square. A Mexican seafood restaurant in the former Chicago Diner space in Logan Square. The menu follows the coast of Michoacán, with whole grilled red snapper (huachinango zarandeado), shrimp ceviche, shrimp empanadas, pan-seared langostinos, and al pastor tacos. It planned to open in late October and will post the date on social media. They're opening late October 2026. New spots often soft-open first, so check their listing or call ahead before you go.
