Kermess is a full-service restaurant opening in the Loop. A dinner-theater venue in a century-old Belgian spiegeltent on the top floors of a hotel in the Theater District. Guests order food and drinks at their tables during a circus and cabaret show, in the tent the previous dinner-theater tenant left behind, which seats about 300. They're opening October 15, 2026. New spots often soft-open first, so check their listing or call ahead before you go.
