The Carlyle Club was licensed in Chicago on September 25, 2026 and opened early October 2026. A steakhouse and sushi bar in a ground-floor space on the river in River North, with prime steaks cooked over open flame, handmade pasta, and nigiri and sashimi. The room seats about 100 with a bar and a Riverwalk patio, and a private-club membership with wine and liquor lockers runs alongside public dining. Brand-new spots often run soft-open hours and a short menu at first, so it's worth a quick check before you cross town.
