Moonbee Matcha has been open in Bellevue since August 1, 2026. It's a small matcha cart that sets up at markets and pop-ups around Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland and Seattle, and takes the cart to private events too. Every cup is sifted and whisked to order with ceremonial-grade matcha, the syrups are made from scratch, and the menu is kept to four iced drinks.
