El Cerro is open in Seattle since . It's a Caribbean coffee house in the former Dough Joy space on Capitol Hill — authentic Puerto Rican coffee, fresh pan sobao, and vegan baked goods from local bakery Pika Pantry. It soft-launched July 15, 2026 with drinks and baked goods; light fare is planned for the full opening.
