Musashi's, the regional Japanese chain known for cheap sushi and teriyaki, has taken over the former Hello, Cupcake space on Pacific Ave near UW Tacoma. The fast-casual spot is built for a college crowd, with basic rolls like spicy tuna and salmon alongside specialty rolls, teriyaki plates, curry and bento boxes. It is the chain's second try at a Tacoma location after an earlier spot closed in 2021. New spots often soft-open first, so check their listing or call ahead before you go.
